We have a secure, private room available in our quiet lodge in Greenmeadows. Room includes bed, desk, chair, ensuite bathroom with shower, tv, wifi, fridge, kettle, phone for local calls.As the room is part of a lodge rather than a house, you have complete privacy in your self contained room.We have a fully equipped kitchen that you're welcome to use including an oven, stovetop, microwave etc... Laundry facilities on site including coin operated washing machine and dryer.On site is also a games room with SKY TV. Free off street parking.We are looking for preferably a student. Someone who is quiet and tidy as we will have other guests staying at the Lodge.Photos are of sample room (may not be that specific room but certainly similar) a sample bathroom and the shared kitchen facilities.There is a bus stop right outside with buses to Napier and Hastings. We're approximately a 12 minute bus ride to Napier and 20 minute bus ride to Hastings centre.If you're interested (pending visas and work permits) there could be opportunity for some casual work also.
